The Tri-Valley Brights (What is a bright?) is an organized group of people with a reality-based worldview (Atheists, Agnostics, Brights, Freethinkers, Skeptics, and Humanists).

We work to promote reality-based thinking, and challenge unreasonable beliefs of all types, but with understanding and compassion for all people.

Community Outreach

• Provide resources to attract, educate, and engage community members
• Develop and implement targeted programs for groups such as youth, african-american, women, and the elderly
• Establish and nourish firm foundations in critical thinking.
• Promote and increase visibility of brights' activities to members and the greater community

Evangelization
(Spreading the word) 

• We strive to inspire full participation of all Brights and Bright-minded people, as well as reaching out to the faithful in our community with a bright and positive message
• Nurture the concept of compassionate evangelism in our members
